Our Team

Jeff Klotz is a managing partner at AmRoc Premier Capital, LLC and is responsible for providing oversight for firmwide strategic initiatives, investor relations, fund administration, and asset management.

In addition to being a managing partner at AmRoc Premier, Jeff is currently the founding principal of the Klotz Group of Companies – A Vertically Integrated Private Equity Platform. The Klotz Group, its principals and affiliates have acquired and operated over one-hundred and twenty-five thousand units across various sectors. In addition to acquisitions, the group has been responsible for the completion of forty-three development projects across various states and renovation of over seventy-five thousand units. Jeff accomplished this by employing over one-thousand one-hundred professionals and raising over seven-hundred and fifty million dollars’ worth of equity contributions.

Jeff attended the University of Florida and holds various real-estate related licenses including being a registered broker in multiple states throughout the Southeast United States.

Randy Ferreira is a managing partner at AmRoc Premier Capital, LLC and is primarily responsible for providing oversight for firmwide strategic initiatives. In addition, Randy will also oversee the property management and renovation services for AmRoc Premier Opportunity Fund.

Before becoming a managing partner at AmRoc, Randy brings an expansive track record from Blue Roc Premier Properties and Blue Roc Partners. While being a founding member and operator at these two firms, Randy managed over fifty-thousand units across various states as well as over one-million square feet of commercial space. While managing the fifty-thousand units, Randy directed over two-hundred million dollars’ worth of apartment value-add projects and supervised the construction and renovation of over sixteen-thousand units. This was all accomplished while managing a successful team over four-hundred professionals.

Randy is a graduate from the University of Maryland where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Institutional Arts Technology and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Charles Faramo is a managing partner at AmRoc Premier Capital, LLC. Charles is primarily responsible for the portfolio management functions of AmRoc Premier Opportunity Fund. This includes managing the underwriting process, conducting due diligence, and managing client relationships with equity partners.

Prior to joining the AmRoc team, Charles served as a Senior Vice President at Blue Roc Premier for over twelve years. He was a main component in helping grow assets under management to an excess of two-billion dollars. In addition to helping grow AUM, Charles oversaw multiple operational departments including accounting, marketing, and business development. Before joining Blue Roc Premier, Charles started his career at JP Morgan Chase where he gained institutional experience in finance and private banking. Charles was named one of the JP Morgan Chases “top rising associates” while he was there.

Charles is a graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Entrepreneurship.

Jace Simmons is the Chief Financial Officer for AmRoc Premier Capital, LLC and is responsible for overseeing fund administration through Juniper Square, investor relations, and capital raising activities.

Prior to joining AmRoc Premier, Jace brings over thirty years of successful executive leadership across various funds and companies. He has extensive knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance, and capital raising. This also includes working with investment banks regarding transactions, taking companies public, and providing financial strategies for over ten-thousand units.

Jace is a graduate of the University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Koko Head has been practicing law for 37 years with an emphasis on real estate matters. He graduated from Brigham Young University (BA 1981) and Drake University Law School (JD 1984). He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a Northeast Florida resident since 1988 where he practiced commercial litigation and real estate law in both private practice and as General Counsel for a luxury home builder and commercial real estate investment company. He brings this broad real estate and business practice to AmRoc Premier where he handles all real estate matters, including asset acquisition and financing, construction law, commercial leasing, title and survey review, business formations and governance, creditor representation in bankruptcy, employment law matters and management of outside counsel. He is married to his college sweetheart and they have three children and four grandchildren. He enjoys competitive swimming, fishing and family history research.

Thom is a Senior Advisor & Operating Partner for AmRoc Premier Capital and its Real Estate Development Projects. With over 30 year's experience, he has served on the leadership teams of multiple institutionally backed investment fund service platforms with a focus on the Residential Housing industry (REIT’s and CDFI’s). Over $20 Billion in capital has been deployed nationally through these platforms in the past 10 years. Thom created (and then exceeded) national performance mgmt. standards while building and managing teams across 8 states with responsibility for many thousands of assets and over $2 Billion capital deployed.

Thom is a graduate from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and he's a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
